No wonder they always say;
If it ain't broke,
Don't fix it.
What happened today was a fine example.
So I have itchy fingers.
Instead of going to bed,
I decided to use the tire pressure gauge,
Without first consulting the instruction manual.
Heh.
While I was trying to look at the readings,
I heard a "pppppsssssssssssssst" sound.
My front tire went flat!
Totally deflated.
I sat on the bike,
And I could feel the bike bouncing on the deflated tire.
Yay best.
Really one of the best things I've ever done.
There was no way I could ride anywhere,
To inflat the tires.
I don't think the bike could balance anyway.
I decided to sleep,
And deal with it when I wake up.
The good thing,
Is that there's a tire shop across the street.
So the plan was to push the bike over to the shop,
And beg them to help ha.
Sounds good.
Hell yeah!
First of all,
I hate pushing my bike.
And the dumb dumb flat tire made it even harder to push.
By the time I reached the traffic light,
I was exhausted.
There was no way I could've pushed the bike across,
Without the lights turning red on me.
In the end I went to the shop to ask for help.
Luckily,
The shop owner was kind enough to help.
Really owe him one big favor.
He helped push my bike to his shop,
And inflated the front tire so I could ride home.
I'm lucky enough to meet a kind soul.
Never never gonna do anything to my tires,
Unless I'm somewhere near an air pump.
Stupid day,
And I'm aching all over now.
It must have pretty amusing,
To see me pushing the bike along the street.
Yeah amusing to everyone else but me.
Meanwhile,
I regret not getting the Air Jordan III retro+ last year,
And buying the Jordan V instead.
Sigh.
Miss my baby.
Hope you're feeling better?
