Ermmm.
Long entry ahead?

All that hard work and fast food,
Have finally caught up with me.
My throat hurts so bad,
And I've lost my voice as well.

Eck.
Just before CNY too.
Looks like I won't be able to feast,
With reckless abandon this time.

The best part:
My mum cooked nasi lemak for me this morning.
And I had chicken cutlet rice with curry for dinner.
I'm nuts I know.

Woke up real early yesterday,
Cos I had a sudden urge to buy new kicks.
So I trooped down to FE for a quick look,
Before heading to work.
Heh.
Didn't know Sneak Attack only opens at 2 pm.
Anyway I called them in the afternoon,
And they didn't have my size for the Brazil Dunk Highs.

Ended up buying a pair of the Silver Surfer Dunks.
Alright.
I said I'll never buy Dunk Lows,
But I did and will everyone please forgive me?
They're really cheap,
And the silver mesh is pretty snazzy as well.
Comes up with a picture of the Surfer himself,
Printed on the insole.
I'll take some pics on my next day off.

2 pairs of new kicks this week.
The Dunks,
And my work shoes.
I don't feel the pinch for the latter,
Cos it'll be deducted from my pay next month.
I usually leave them at work,
But I wore them yesterday to the company dinner.

Not that I had a choice anyway.

Dinner at some dumb chinese restaurant.
So the big boss is some Taiwanese dude,
With F4-style hair.
But he looks nothing like them.

We all went for karaoke after that.
Didn't want to sing at first cos of my throat,
But in the end I sang a few songs with Tiffany,
And totally injured my poor throat in the process.

Reached home around 2 plus,
And sat in my room lacing up my new Dunks,
And playing with the suede sponge I bought,
To clean my suede work shoes with.
The suede sponge resembles SpongeBob,
Cos it's square,
Yellow and spongy!
Duh.

Confused everyone over the phone at work today,
Cos of my voice.
I've been eating lozenges the whole day,
But I think I'm coming down with the flu soon.
Plus the part-timer just quit today,
So I'll have to work extra hard this month.
Hell.

I've been popping over to Levi's these few days,
To check out the 501's Reborn.
But I haven't gotten a chance to try on a pair yet.
Maybe I should try to remind myself,
That I've already spent enough money eh.

My brain is on hiatus.
