"Cargo sinks."

I wasted my day off by waking up at 6pm.

I had big plans for the day,
(Uh, not really)
And I was supposed,
To go and buy a new red tinted windshield for my bike,
Along with a bottle of Castrol 2T oil.

Oh well.

And I'm now so addicted to sleep,
I fell asleep again at 10pm,
After watching the Channel 8 drama at 9 o' clock.

Anyway,
Just received news that one of my favourite magazines,
Is shutting down with its May issue.
Which is of course,
The issue lying on my desk right now.

-_-

Just when I've decided to stop buying Details,
In favor of Cargo,
This has to happen.

Actually I've been a big fan since its debut issue,
Though I don't buy it religiously.
(That's only reserved for GQ)
What can I say about the demise of Cargo?
That there aren't enough "metrosexuals" in this world,
To sustain a shopping magazine for men?

Yeah right.
Thankfully I can still look forward to GQ and Details.
Sorry no FHM or Maxim please.
I don't read men's magazines,
With half-naked women on the covers.

And still no news from the Traffic Police.
I can't rest easy,
If I still don't know if I'm gonna get demerit points.
Since I'm such a perfectionist,
It makes me blue to think,
I'm not going to have a clean driving record anymore.

Sigh.

And because it's been raining like crazy this month,
I've been seeing an increase in the number of cockroaches.
How nice.

Is it just me,
Or were cockroaches better behaved in the past?

I remember the time,
When the second you turned on the lights,
They would quickly scurry away into the darkness,
So you don't have to see them at all.

Nowadays,
You'll be lucky if the damned things just stay still,
And refuse to go away.
Because most likely,
They'll start running towards you.

And the most evil ones take flight.
In your direction.

I'm not terrified of roaches,
But if they start flying,
You can be sure I'm not staying put either.
