"Just when you thought things can only get better..."

I haven't been eating or sleeping well recently.
Had a bad week.

And now this.
My mum got knocked down by a car today,
And she's now awaiting surgery,
To implant a metal shaft into her femur.

I'm not visibly upset.

I feel so much frustration inside,
Yet I don't know where to channel my emotions to.
