"Dry is in now."

I listen to my Launchcast station so often,
They tell me I've exceeded my limit for the month.

Wow!
I didn't even know there was a limit loh.

Anyway,
I went to get a box fixed onto my bike yesterday,
Because I was just plain sick of lugging my helmet around.
Plus,
I could store my raincoat and other barang barang inside.

My friends all say they've heard that line -
"I am going to get a box!",
A few thousand times ever since I got my bike,
But I still haven't gotten it yet.

Unfortunately,
When I switched on the ignition,
I discovered that the neutral gear indicator light,
Did not come on as usual.

Obviously the battery has decided to konk out on me.

I managed to make my way to the bike shop,
With no functioning headlight,
Signal lights, brake light and other assorted kinds of lights,
So it was all good.

I thought they could just charge my battery for me,
But I was advised to get a new one.
Oh well.
Another one of those "unexpected expenses".
And this time,
They got me a dry battery,
Because nobody uses those,
That you need to top up with water anymore.

Come to think of it,
I never topped up the battery water before.
Probably that's why the battery died haha.

So that's $32,
And I decided not to get the box.
For now, at least.

And I also decided to spend the little bit of money I saved,
On a Ben Sherman shirt.

Someone needs to remind me that when you're jobless,
You should just stop buying clothes.
But I figured it has been a long time since the last purchase.

I think so.

I'm still trying to get used to my voice.
I'm not very sure if it passes now,
Or just sounds like I have a really, really bad cold.

And since it's more now Bryan Adams than Brian McFadden,
(Not that I actually sound like them...)
I can't sing some of the songs I used to sing anymore.

I just hope it doesn't become too deep.
Because I don't have the face and build,
To carry such a deep voice.
