I've been wanting to write about this for a while,
But had been too lazy.

But today's the right day for it.
This boring Friday night.
Actually,
When everyday is a holiday,
Who cares if it's Monday, Friday or Sunday?

That's not the point of this post anyway.

I want to bring to your attention,
This disturbing trend,
Of people labelling themselves as "lesbian FTMs".

I'm confused.
Really.

So they're telling us,
That they are females who are actually men inside,
Yet at the same time,
They also identify as women-loving women.

So do they want to be men or women?

Of course,
I'm not trying to become one of those,
Elitist bastards on the LJ FTM community,
But "lesbian FTMs" gotta go man.

That term doesn't even make sense.

You don't need testosterone in your body,
To be a man,
But it sure helps to have a brain.

Maybe doing some reading will help?

Am I uncomfortable with changing it,
Because I don't feel any different?

Who cares.

So there's been this really little debate in the papers,
(Blink and you might just miss it)
About schools suspending their students,
For sporting haircuts that are too short.
Of course we're talking about girls lah.

Luckily my school got no such rule leh.

I've a better idea for them,
To add to the no-short-hair rule.
They can all change their uniforms from pinafores,
To something like what the SCGS girls wear.

So all girls can look like girls.

Oops I just realized,
I might just piss off the real deals from SCGS,
But nevermind.

The Power98 djs started a discussion,
In relation to this topic as well.
And so the public gamely smsed in their opinions,
About how short hair can also be feminine okay!

After ten minutes of listening,
I couldn't stand it anymore,
And decided to send a message in as well.

That's why I love Power98.
Coz they always read out my smses.

The other one was a song request when I was in SGH)

"You guys are missing the whole point man!
How dare the school pass moral judgment,
On whether homosexuality is right or wrong."

Miraculously, the djs agreed with me.
There is hope for Singapore afterall.

I don't know what happened after that.
Not sure if anyone sent in gay-bashing comments,
Cos I had to run down to watch the Amazing Race.

But yeah,
These schools gotta cut the butches some slack man.

Or else they will grow up to become 'lesbian FTMs'.
