"For once, vanity has given way to practicality."

I've always managed to resist the urge,
To get a box for my bike.
And I've managed to curb this raging urge,
This raging urge that burns within me,
For 4 and a half years.

Until now.

Sigh.

And so,
I'm finally tired of lugging around my full-face helmet,
And a bag filled with my raingear everyday to work.

I guess plain laziness just took over.

Cos I never complained,
(Oh well, maybe just a little)
When I had to carry my helmet,
And a backpack filled with my file and raingear,
(And the occasional library book)
While climbing up and down the hilly slopes of NUS.

A box is not the coolest accessory to own,
But heck lah.

Having a box doesn't detract from the ah mat image,
That my bike (or rather, its owner) wants to project.
The box is also rather small,
(Only big enough for one full-face helmet)
So it doesn't look too bad.

I also got the tires and steering cone changed,
And now it feels good riding again.
Well, except for the fact that having the box,
Decreases the handling a little.

-_-

I love this face.
And it also happens to be my default facial expression.

Especially at work.

It's just... so... incredibly... boring.

By the way,
I dreamt about Joy a few days ago,
And here comes the best part:

Joy gave me a set of numbers,
And told me that after I win the lottery,
I must build the grandest memorial for him.

I don't remember any of the numbers,
How about that.

What a strange dream!
